Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the method you wish to receive your order, cutoff times may differ. We offer the following two ways to receive your order:

- Click & Collect
Delivery
We provide free delivery on orders over $450. Orders under $350 have a flat rate of $35.00. Place orders before 4pm for delivery within 48 hours. Please note that there are some areas that will not have this option available and will automatically be assigned Click & Collect.
Click & Collect
This is an option for customers who wish to receive their items quickly or who may find collecting their order more convenient. Please see below Click & Collect section for more information.

How does it work?
Choose and order your items online, select Click & Collect as your shipping option and we’ll send an email to you when it’s ready for you to collect!
Place your order before 11am to have it ready for same day collection*. If you place your order after 11am, it will be ready next day for collection.
If your order was placed after 11am, we cannot guarantee same day collection.
Please wait for the email indicating that your order is ready before coming for pickup.
Click & Collect is only available Monday to Friday.
Is there a minimum purchase amount for Click & Collect?
No.
*Note that same day collection is subject to item availability.
I’m not a business, can I still order from you?
Yes, you certainly can! You don’t need to own a business to order from us. Creating an account is free for both businesses and individuals – so just create an account and you’re good to go!
Can I come directly to Melbourne Food Service without an order?
You are welcome to come directly to Melbourne Food Service and select your products. Please note however that some products may need to be preordered. We value your time and hence we strongly recommend that you call beforehand to check for stock availability.
I can’t find the product I’m looking for
Our full selection of products is visible after logging in to your account. However, our website is constantly being updated and is still growing so some of the products that you’re looking for may not yet be on our website. My business only opens at a specific time, can I specify hours for Melbourne Food Service to deliver?
Yes, you can! Please note though that we cannot specify an exact time of arrival due to driver conditions, deliveries and workloads, however we will endeavour to deliver at a time suitable for you. We ask that if you do require delivery during certain hours, please let us know via the special instructions field at checkout.
What happens if I order an item and it is out of stock?
We will send you an email informing you that the item is out of stock. We want to see our customers satisfied so we provide several options for you, such as a substitute if there is a suitable one for you, a refund, exchange or credit.
Returns Policy
Products returned must be unopened and in resaleable condition. Returns for all products must be made within 48 hours with the exception of fresh seafood which must be reported within 24 hours
